Andrea L. Rodriguez, Esq. is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of New York.  For Immigration and other Federal matters, She is licensed to practice all throughout the United States.  Ms. Rodriguez has successfully represented undocumented immigrants and permanent residents from all parts of the world. 

Ms. Rodriguez was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia of Guatemalan parents.  As a first-generation American, she understands the the true struggle for the "American Dream". 

Ms. Rodriguez graduated from the public-interest centered City University of New York School of Law.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Spanish from George Mason University. 

She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
